A Transcontinental Love Story: Jamie and Paige's Micro Wedding on Analog Film

THESE TWO ARE MAGIC!

Everthing about this day was tailored to Jaime + Paige’s beautiful relationship. They met in a DISCOTEQUE in Spain while Paige was studying aborad for her Spanish teaching degree.

They continued to see each other, even living together in Spain for a while, for EIGHT YEARS. Long distance and everything, they were just too great for each other. Having grown up in Goffstown, NH they decided to make it offical at Paige’s dream wedding venue in her hometown The Gardens at Uncanoonic Mountain.

The details reflected Paige’s SUNNY smile, with her favorite sunflowers being present in the arrangments from Apotheca. A Spanish fan and flamenco hairstyle gave it a Valencian touch. The bright florals with the beautiful gardens really gave a New England feel.

Jaime’s close family flew over from Spain to celebrate and the entire ceremony was done in both English and Spanish. Afterwards, everyone enjoyed cocktails and appetiezers and then the formal dances were held just as the sun was setting in the Rose Garden.

The celebration concluded with a delicious dinner at The Bedford Village Inn. The small dinner was packed with laughter and light as the two families and cultures enjoyed each other’s company.

Paige and Jamie are electric. They are the type of couple where you can alsmot see their connection in the air. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have been a part of their celebration.

The most exciting part for me was the TRUST this couple gave me to ditch my digital camera and really go for it with the film. I used a variety of stocks and cameras to document their day. These are my favorites. Please enjoy and don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions about film weddings!!
